Learner Protection Measures
A cooling-off period of 15 days applies to all course fees during which time Learners may exercise their entitlement to a full refund, provided that the assessment process has not commenced.
Should circumstances arise that limit our capacity to appropriately fulfill our training and assessment obligations then we would arrange for a substitute RTO, with the appropriate accreditation, to provide these services at no additional cost to the Learner.
An example may include circumstances where we are closed for Christmas holidays and a Learner requires results to be issued urgently to gain employment. Under these circumstances, and with the consent of the Learner, we would handover all enrolment details and assessment material to a substitute RTO, who would then expedite the completion of the assessment process and issue the results directly to the Learner.
Learner privacy is protected in accordance with the Privacy Act (2001) including the National Privacy Principles and the Student Identifiers Registrar prescribed guidelines are followed when creating, verifying and handling USI numbers.
